Chicago Massage Parlors: Crime bytes: prostitution allegations, triple shooting charges, gang rape arrests

A Northbrook woman is charged with prostitution following an investigation at her Chicago massage parlor.
Kristy Chin, 37, was arrested after she offered to perform a sex act on an undercover officer working for the Cook County Sheriff’s Department.
A department press release said the incident occurred at the Therapy Spa on 3334 W. Peterson. Chin is believed to own the spa.
Chin is charged with prostitution, keeping a place of prostitution and performaing a massage without a license. An investigation is underway to see if the business the proper licenses required to operate a massage clinic in Chicago.

Two men are charged with the shooting death of a 16-year-old boy and the wounding of two other teens on February 21.
Aaron Montrose, 24, of the 5900 block of N. Maplewood and Brian V. O’Keefe, of the 4100 block of Williamsburg in Glenview, are charged with one count of first degree murder and two counts of aggravated battery.
