I have long been disillusioned about the refusal of my people, black Americans adults between five foot-one inches tall to six-foot seven inches, to cope with disagreeable numbers. Oh yeah, we put up a really good neck-snapping, animated-hand , high-decibel emotional argument when our tribe is attacked by evil outsiders like Clarence Thomas, but if anyone dares to bring up a number, statistic, or percentage, the music stops. I know that is true because if black folks really knew any math they would realize that the forty-five year old War-on-Poverty program launched by the democrats in 1965 was lost thirty-five years ago. But they don’t, in fact, African Americans still look to the Civil Rights Movement and this third generation of parasites as if they were  heroes. They aren’t.  Wake up people! Kwame Kilpatrick, William Jefferson, and Marion Barry are poverty pimps, not heroes. They ain’t going to save you from yourself, find you a job, or pee in a cup for you, and that includes the Community- Organizer-in-Chief in D.C.
